Lack of Facilities

Who needs a facility?  As long as you have your feet, and the ground you've got a place to walk/jog/run.  Be creative.  Exercise your mind as well as your body.

Use soup cans as weights. Fill empty plastic milk or juice containers with dirt/sand/gravel.

Yard work like gardening and house chores like sweeping/mopping and vacuuming can be made into a workout.

Get to your local park, wildlife sanctuary or preserve, they've got plenty of trails.  Take the kids and play tag.

Walk the stairwell at work during the morning and noon hours.

bullet

Park the car at the back of the mall lot.  Get off the bus or train a few stops earlier and walk home.

Dance, DANce, DANCE!
