Just do it DUDE! You got arms and legs.  Run, walk, crawl across the carpet but get moving!

Can't get to the gym - ride your bike, skatebord, skooter, run, walk there, or anywhere for that matter.

Too far to commute without a vehicle - stay at home: skip rope, stationary bike, treadmill, stepper, dumbbells, exercise videos.

At work:  walk the stairwell, join the corporate fitness center. Get off bus, train a few blocks early and walk home.

DANCE - "Wiggle it, just a little bit!", "Twist and shout!"  Dance with your bad self!  Dance badly with yourself - whatever it takes.

Romance - Sexercise!

Do house chores; sweep the floor,  paint the fence, wax on - wax off Person!
