The research component of this web site was designed in part to fulfill a doctoral dissertation requirement.  The results are presented in two formats.  A brief 300 word Abstract on the EXCUSERCISE study can be found by clicking the Abstract button on the navigational bar to the left.  A 48 slide PowerPoint presentation can be found by clicking the Results button on the navigational bar to the left.
